These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the GEOMetric Studio website and our web development services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
GEOMetric Studio provides web design and development, AI integration, search engine optimisation (SEO) and ongoing maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
AI integration services may include document processing, workflow automation, data extraction, dashboard development and other AI-powered solutions. These services rely on third-party AI providers and platforms, and while we take every reasonable step to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from AI-generated outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions. AI outputs should not be treated as professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise) without independent verification.
We will handle your business data with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any data shared with us for the purpose of AI integration will only be used to deliver the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties beyond the tools and platforms required to perform the work. Where third-party AI providers are used, their respective terms and privacy policies will also apply.
All projects begin with a discovery phase to establish requirements. We provide regular updates and opportunities for feedback throughout the build. The number of revision rounds included will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Project fees are as quoted and agreed upon before work begins. We require a 50% deposit to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the site goes live. Monthly hosting and support fees are billed in advance. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design, content and custom automation workflows specific to your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) and third-party platforms (AI providers, hosting services, automation tools) remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Any reusable code libraries, frameworks or templates developed by GEOMetric Studio that are not specific to your project remain our intellectual property and may be used in other client work.
Monthly hosting and support plans cover managed hosting, security monitoring, regular backups and minor content updates. Minor updates are limited to 30 minutes of work per month. We ask that you batch your update requests into a single monthly submission so they can be handled efficiently. Unused time does not roll over to the following month.
For AI integration projects with ongoing components (such as automated workflows, dashboards or data pipelines), maintenance and monitoring terms will be specified in your project agreement. Third-party platform costs (such as API usage fees, hosting or tool subscriptions) are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Urgent requests outside of the monthly batch will be charged at our standard hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour. Major redesigns, new features or significant development work are not included in the monthly plan and will be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) and business data in a timely manner, reviewing and approving work at agreed milestones, and ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
For AI integration projects, you are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to us is accurate, that you have the legal right to share it and that its use complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws. You are also responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting on them in your business.
GEOMetric Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Monthly hosting plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
